Notes

  • All Registrations from 1st March 2026 will be considered as spot registration.

  • Registration is mandatory for all participants.

Cancellation Policy

  • Registrations cancelled 3 weeks before the conference will be eligible for 50% refund of fees excluding 18% GST.

  • After 15th February 2026, no requests for refund will be accepted.

  • Refunds will be processed after two weeks of conference date in the same account which you have used during the registration process.

  • Telephonic assistance will be available only during office hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday).
